Course Description
This course is designed to explore how trauma manifests in the body, particularly within the Black community, and to use movement as a healing tool. Through a blend of culturally relevant practices, historical context, and evidence-based somatic techniques, participants will learn how to release trauma and reconnect with their bodies in a safe and supportive environment.

Weekly Breakdown
Week 1: Introduction to Trauma and Movement
